UK delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Available delivery services, charges and estimated arrival dates are shown at checkout for your basket and address.

Same-day dispatch before 2pm

Orders placed and paid for before 2pm UK time on a working day are dispatched the same day, provided the item is in stock. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day. A working day means Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Dispatch means we have handed your order to the delivery carrier. It does not mean same-day delivery. Delivery estimates can change due to carrier circumstances.

Large and cut-to-length items

Bulky flooring, full rolls and cut-to-length products may need a different carrier or service. Any available service and charge for your address appears at checkout. If a problem affects dispatch, we will contact you.
