Measuring and Choosing Campervan Flooring

Choose between cut-to-length flooring and a listed pre-cut van floor. Check width, length and vehicle fit before ordering materials for your DIY conversion.

Shop campervan vinyl flooring or compare rubber matting and adhesive bundles.

Measuring roll flooring

Measure the floor's longest and widest points and plan the shape around wheel arches, steps and furniture. Allow for your trimming and fitting layout. Check whether one piece will span the required width before selecting a cut length.

A 3m cut from a 2m-wide roll is 3m × 2m, or 6m² before trimming. That does not establish fit for a particular vehicle. The rubber and vinyl ranges have different widths, so use the chosen listing's actual dimensions.

Checking a pre-cut floor

Match the listing to your van model, generation, wheelbase and floor layout. Check the listing's fitting notes. Contact us before ordering if your vehicle or layout is not clearly covered; do not assume a T5/T6 floor fits a different generation.

Adhesive and samples

Check whether the selected option includes adhesive, what quantity is included, and whether it is suitable for your intended substrate. Follow the manufacturer's fitting guidance. Where samples are offered, select the sample variant deliberately: the sample price is not the price of a full floor.
