270gsm or 320gsm lining carpet?

The gsm figure is the fabric weight in grams per square metre. This 320gsm grade has a higher stated fabric weight than our 270gsm lining carpet; both are four-way stretch lining carpets supplied at 2m width. Compare the colours and cut lengths on the 270gsm carpet, Trim-Fix and panel clips kit before choosing your grade. For the kit on this page, adhesive and clip quantities remain those shown in your selected option.

Measure and choose your colour

A 5m cut from a 2m-wide roll provides 10m² before trimming and waste. Plan each panel across the roll width and allow for curves, joins and trimming. This is a measurement example, not a promise that one size covers every van. Colours vary with lighting and screen settings.

Fitting

Intended for interior wall, roof and trim lining. Follow the adhesive manufacturer’s preparation, ventilation and application instructions. Check the clip shape, mounting points and panel thickness before fitting. Pre-cut panels and fitting tools are not included.

Plan the other stages of your conversion with butyl sound deadening sheets, self-adhesive closed-cell insulation and Dacron cavity wadding. These products are sold separately; choose the materials and quantities for your installation.
